Kits are designed around a 166 litres fridge/freezer demonstrating A++ isolation class. This device has been selected for its very low electrical energy consumption and its excellent reliability.

Operating principle

Solar panels convert light into electricity. Their number is defined according to following criteria:

  • local irradiation level
  • difference between ambiant temperature where the fridge is installed and its inner temperature.

Energy produced by solar panels is stored in a battery. This storage ensures energy delivery continuity in lacking periods (night, no sun day(s), cloudy or rainy periods, …).
